Donations Received
Donations received in this page are via cashless modes of payment. You understand that Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Philippines uses third party providers to securely store your cashless payment mode information and to process your payments. You represent and warrant that you are of sufficient age and have all legal rights to use the cashless payment mode in any transaction.
Donation Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
If you wish to modify or cancel your donation to RMHC, you must notify us via via e-mail, rmhc@ph.mcd.com or landline, 888-8500 loc. 9308. Your donation will be considered void and your credit card will not be charged if notification and acknowledgement from RMHC is done within the same day until 11:59PM. If notification and acknowledgement is done after 11:59PM of the same day, this will be considered a cancellation and a refund will be requested. RMHC will notify Paymaya on your request to refund. Paymaya will notify your bank and the bank will process the refund. The time it takes would depend on your bank’s processes.
Request for Official Receipt and Donation Certificate
Once your donation has been completed and you require an official receipt or a certificate of donation, e-mail rmhc@ph.mcd.com and send the following details: TIN, Address, Name of Individual/Company, Amount, and Date of Donation. Your consent to provide information is required in compliance of the Data Privacy Act.
Notifications from RMHC
You will automatically receive e-mails from RMHC about its programs and updates once you provide your full name and e-mail address.
